• Classic Movies - My site devoted to films of the Golden Age of Hollywood, formerly part of About.com, where Roger Ebert declared it to be one of the two best classic film sites on the Web. Ranks #1 on Google for the search phrase "classic movies"!
  
  
• The Soil Sifter - A new business I created to sell a gardening implement I developed for my own gardening efforts because I couldn't find one for sale anywhere!
  
  
• Hardboiled Heaven - My site devoted to hardboiled crime and mystery novels. Not updated recently, but still relevant.
  
  
• Ultimate Systems - An industrial company in Madison Heights, Michigan. Original design, but am not responsible for current content.
  
  
• Ladies of the Evil Dead - A fun site for three women who starred in the groundbreaking horror film; responsible for original writing and design, but not for current maintenance.
  
  
• Marc H. Bailey & Associates - A medical practice consulting firm in California.
  
  
• At Home PC - Site for a computer repair and consulting firm.

My normal rate is $200 a page for a Web site of 5 pages or more, plus $50 an hour (or portion of an hour) for updates, but this is negotiable depending on the size and scope of your project. My service includes creating and uploading your pages, submitting your site to search engines that do not charge for listings, and showing you how to make minor revisions on your own. (It's not brain surgery!) Whenever possible, I will take advantage of existing free Web services, such as MapQuest, YouTube and Facebook.

All graphics, other than page graphics such as buttons, are normally provided by my clients from existing materials. Any original graphics creation or photography, cgi scripts or database creation and management, or complex javascripting will involve additional cost and may have to be farmed out to others.
