A Web site that includes previously published articles and stories by award-winning screenwriter and journalist Rodger Jacobs, who often writes about movies and Hollywood. Click on the Archives link to find pieces going back to April, 2003. He is also leading a petition drive to rename the intersection of Hayworth Avenue and Sunset Boulevard in honor of F. Scott Fitzgerald on the 65th anniversary of his death in December of 2005.
Audience Magazine
This online journal for film enthusiasts has been around since 1968, and was converted entirely to an online magazine in December 1998. It features articles and reviews dealing with both current and classic films.

Web home of the 30-year-old print magazine focusing on Hollywood collectibles, including film, video, posters, autographs, memorabilia, features on stars and major collections. You'll also find classifieds. Some content is subscriber-only.
Bright Lights Film Journal

Douglas Pratt's DVD-LaserDisc Newsletter
Web site for the newsletter first published by Doug Pratt as The Laser Disc Newsletter in 1984; it has covered the DVD market since 1997. All issues since December 1998 are available online in PDF format, including his excellent reviews.

An interactive British-based site whose goal is to examine film, television, and other aspects of modern culture, based on the magazine founded by Nigel Watson in 1991. You can join for free or not, depending upon whether you'd like to simply read the articles and reviews, or join in the discussion.
